The Real Apprenticeship Company is committed to high quality training. All employers are assigned a key account manager and all learners a dedicated coach and mentor.

All training is measurable against a set of key performance indicators agreed with the employer prior to the commencement of the programme.

The Real Apprenticeship Company operates within the codes of practice established by OFSTED, Awarding Bodies, the Skills Funding Agency and the National Apprenticeship Service.

All staff are experienced trainers, coaches, mentors and quality assurers and subject to regular enhanced Criminal Records Bureau checks.

In October 2013, The Real Apprenticeship Company Ltd successfully obtained the matrix Standard quality accreditation mark.

The matrix Standard is the unique quality framework for the effective delivery of information, advice and/or guidance on learning and work. It promotes the delivery of high quality information, advice and/or guidance by ensuring organisations review, evaluate and develop their service; encourage the take up of professionally recognised qualifications and the continuous professional development of their staff.
